Job summary

Affirm is seeking an experienced Legal Operations Analyst II to optimize contract tools and workflows within our remote-first environment. You’ll support Vendor, Marketing, and Commercial Legal, driving efficiency across Legal Platform Services and partnering with Finance, Product, and Procurement to scale operations.

You will manage Ironclad CLM, oversee contract databases, and develop technical solutions for contract intake, triage, and lifecycle management, enabling faster business decisions

Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-depth experience in contract management, legal operations, or contract technology administration
• Advanced proficiency with Ironclad, Zip, and similar CLM/procurement platforms
• Experience with Jira, Salesforce, Notion, Google, and Contentful
• Demonstrated success implementing legal technology solutions and process automation
• Comfort with data analysis, reporting, and metrics-driven decision-making
• Project management skills and the ability to coordinate tasks and timelines across multiple stakeholders
• In-house legal team experience at fast-paced companies that value quick decision-making
• You adapt quickly to changing processes and priorities

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Ironclad CLM platform, including system administration and workflow configuration
• Oversee contract database management, ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy
• Develop and implement technical solutions for contract intake, triage, and lifecycle management
• Partner with Procurement, Financial Systems, Business Systems, IT, and vendors on system integrations
• Create training materials, playbooks, self-service resources, and documentation
• Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives across contract operations
• Build and manage department-wide reports and dashboards for Legal Leadership
• Support cross-functional initiatives like data field review and audits
• Oversee knowledge management and maintain contract templates and intranet resources
