Job summary

Affirm is seeking an experienced Legal Operations Analyst II to support Contract Lifecycle Management and cross-functional legal platforms. You’ll optimize Ironclad CLM, streamline workflows, and partner with Legal, Finance, Product, Procurement, and IT to enable faster decision making.

You will develop dashboards, maintain data integrity, and create training materials while driving scalable solutions, process improvement, and governance across the Legal Ops function.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in contract management, legal operations, or contract technology administration.
• Advanced proficiency with Ironclad, Zip, and CLM platforms.
• Experience with Jira, Salesforce, Notion, Google, and Contentful.
• Demonstrated success implementing legal technology solutions and process automation.
• Comfort with data analysis, reporting, and metrics-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Manage Ironclad CLM platform setup, templates, and integrations.
• Oversee contract database integrity and reporting.
• Develop solutions for contract intake, triage, and lifecycle management.
• Create training materials and playbooks for contract management tools.
• Build dashboards and reports for Legal Leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate on data field reviews, audits, and process improvements.
