Job summary

Affirm is seeking an experienced Legal Operations Analyst II to optimize contract operations across Legal Platform Services, including Vendor, Marketing, and Commercial Legal teams. The role focuses on system administration, data integrity, and scalable tooling to accelerate business workflows.

You will partner with Finance, Product, Procurement, and IT to implement integrations, drive process improvements, and deliver training and documentation to the legal organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or contract technology administration.
• Advanced proficiency with Ironclad, Zip, and similar CLM/procurement platforms.
• Experience with Jira, Salesforce, Notion, Google, and Contentful; project coordination.
• Demonstrated success implementing legal technology solutions and process automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Ironclad CLM platform, including administration, templates, routing, and integrations (Zip, Salesforce).
• Oversee contract database management, ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy.
• Develop and implement technical solutions for contract intake, triage, and lifecycle management for vendor and commercial agreements.
• Build department-wide reports and dashboards for Legal Leadership.
• Own end-to-end process improvements across contract operations and drive adoption.
