Affirm is a remote-first company redefining credit with honest, accessible products. We’re hiring an experienced Legal Operations Analyst II to support the Legal Platform Services team, focusing on contract operations, tooling, and scalable workflows that help the business move faster.

You’ll partner with Legal, Finance, Product, Procurement and IT to optimize Ironclad, implement integrations, and build dashboards for leadership.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or contract technology administration.
Advanced proficiency with CLM platforms like Ironclad and Zip.
Experience with Jira, Salesforce, Notion, Google tools, and Contentful.
Proven track record implementing legal tech solutions and automation.
Strong data analysis, reporting, and metrics-driven decision making.
Project management skills coordinating cross-functional timelines.
In-house legal experience at fast-paced companies.
Ability to simplify and improve legal processes.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimize Ironclad CLM platform including admin and workflow configs.
Oversee contract database management for data integrity and reporting.
Develop technical solutions for contract intake, triage, and lifecycle management.
Collaborate with Procurement, Financial Systems, and IT on integrations.
Create training materials and self-service resources for contract tools.
Drive end-to-end process improvements across contract operations.
Build department-wide reports and dashboards for Legal Leadership.
Support cross-functional data reviews, audits, and process initiatives.
