Job summary

Speaks Law Firm in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a full-time Legal Intake Coordinator to support client onboarding and ensure a professional experience for all clients. The role requires handling a high volume of phone calls and offers remote work with the ability to work evenings and weekends from 5pm to 11pm.

Responsibilities include managing inquiries by phone, email, and chat, setting up client files, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience required.
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in a law firm preferably personal injury preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish a plus; Experience with SmartAdvocate a plus; Intermediate to advanced MS Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all client inquiries by phone, email, chat, etc. in a timely manner.
• Engage in warm and professional conversations with potential clients.
• Build rapport, establish trust, and guide clients through the intake assessment.
• Set up new client case files in CSM and confirm receipt of documents.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the database.
• Assist with documentation, data analysis, and KPI reporting.
