Job summary

Alert Communications is seeking a Full-Time Remote Client Support Specialist in the legal services space. You will be the primary contact for individuals reaching out to partner law firms, delivering compassionate service during stressful situations and guiding onboarding from the first interaction.

Candidates must reside in Texas, demonstrate strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work weekends. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus, with a solid home office setup and tech aptitude.

Qualifications

Residence in Texas with proof upon hire.
Ability to work full-time including at least one weekend day and holidays.
Experience in customer service, call centers, onboarding, sales, or hospitality.
Bilingual in Spanish and English is a major plus.

Responsibilities

Handle high-volume inbound calls, chats, and inquiries for nationwide law practices.
Conduct structured legal intake interviews to gather essential case facts.
Document call details and input client information across databases.
Assist prospective legal clients in completing intake documentation and next steps.
Navigate multiple software applications while maintaining a professional presence.
Represent Alert Communications as a trusted extension of law practices.
