Job Duck seeks a client-focused Intake Specialist to support daily operations and welcome clients seeking legal help. You will handle calls, gather intake information, and coordinate scheduling while maintaining precise records.

This role is remote, with a Monday–Friday EST workday and a focus on clear, courteous client communication. The position emphasizes organization, detail-orientation, and dependable follow-through, with experience in intake, reception, or customer service preferred.

Competenze

• Experience in customer service, intake, or receptionist roles.
• Strong English verbal and written communication.
• Excellent organizational and data-entry skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: law firm or legal intake exposure.

Mansioni

• Manage inbound/outbound calls and gather intake information.
• Schedule requests and maintain accurate records.
• Serve as first point of contact for clients seeking legal assistance.
• Enter and maintain client data in Actionstep; coordinate communications.
• Handle appointment rescheduling and cancellations per procedures.
• Route inquiries to appropriate team members and document follow-ups.
• Maintain consistent, courteous, client-focused communication.
• Follow established workflows to ensure consistency.
• Document calls, messages, and intake activities.
• Ensure scheduling information is accurate across systems.
