CEO Lawyer Personal Injury Law Firm seeks an Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for clients, handling calls and inquiries with a focus on qualifying cases and guiding potential clients toward compensation for personal injuries. The Full-Time Virtual Legal Aide supports the Intake department by performing listed tasks and contributing to an efficient, client-focused workflow.

• Fully bilingual in English with strong communication skills.
• 3 years of experience in remote sales or intake.
• Sales background and customer-service orientation.
• Experience in personal injury is a plus.
• Must have a reliable computer and headset for a home-office setup.
• Remote role with US time shifts, including weekends/evenings.

Responsabilidades

• Review emails and chats for new leads and file setups.
• Organize contracts, letters, photos, and documents on Dropbox.
• Answer inbound calls and respond to clients with strong service.
• Transfer calls to appropriate team members when needed.
• Set up Filevine projects for new clients as requested.
• Register comments and updates for cases.
• Follow up on leads to ensure high-quality interactions.
• Complete intake of new clients for Pre-Litigation transfer.
• Send submission emails to Pre-Litigation for new clients.
