Job summary

Alert Communications is hiring a Full-Time Remote Client Support Specialist (Legal Services) to be the primary contact for individuals reaching out to partner law firms. You will provide compassionate customer service, guide onboarding, and document intake information across multiple databases, helping clients secure legal representation.

The role requires Texas residency, weekend/holiday availability, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Prior experience in customer service, call centers, client onboarding, sales, or hospitality.
Legal, medical, or insurance intake experience preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication with a warm, confident phone demeanor.
Strong computer literacy and ability to multitask across software systems.
Fluency in Spanish and English is highly desired.

Responsibilities

First Contact and Inbound Support: answer calls, chats, and inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
Lead Qualification and Screening: conduct intake interviews and assess caller needs.
Accurate Data Entry: document call details and input information across databases.
Client Onboarding and Sign-Ups: assist with intake documents and next steps for representation.
Multitasking and System Navigation: switch between software and scripts while engaging with clients.
Brand Representation: reflect Alert Communications as a trusted partner for North American law practices.
