Alert Communications is seeking a Full-Time Remote Client Support Specialist in Legal Services. You will be the primary contact for individuals reaching out to partner law firms and guide onboarding from first contact with compassion and professionalism.

The role requires strong communication, data-entry accuracy, and multitasking across software systems while representing 3,000+ practices across North America.

Qualifikationen

• Location: Texas residency required.
• Schedule: full-time with at least one weekend day and holidays.
• Experience in customer service, call centers, client onboarding, sales, or hospitality.
• Legal, medical, or insurance intake experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to multitask across software systems.
• Typing speed of 35 WPM with high accuracy.
• Bilingual Spanish and English is highly desired.

Aufgaben

• Answer high-volume calls, chats, and web inquiries for nationwide law practices with empathy and professionalism.
• Conduct legal intake interviews to gather essential case facts and screen inquiries.
• Document call details and input data across databases accurately.
• Assist clients in completing intake documents and onboarding steps.
• Navigate multiple software applications and maintain engaging client interactions.
• Represent over 3,000 top-tier legal practices across North America.
