Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Fully Remote Legal E-Billing Specialist to manage the full billing lifecycle for our clients, including pre-bill review, invoice preparation, electronic submissions, and appeals management.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), 3–4 years of legal billing experience in a law firm or professional services environment, and proficiency with electronic billing platforms and Aderant or similar software; strong Excel/Word skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience interpreting client billing guidelines and outside counsel guidelines.
• Experience with electronic billing platforms and billing vendors.

Responsibilities

• Handle electronic billing submissions, appeals, and follow-up with clients.
• Collaborate with attorneys, finance, and clients to ensure timely, accurate billing.
