Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced E-Billing Specialist to manage the full billing lifecycle for our legal practice. The role supports pre-bill review, invoice preparation, electronic submissions, and appeals while coordinating with attorneys, finance, and clients to ensure timely, accurate billing.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of legal billing experience, proficiency with electronic billing platforms, and strong Excel/Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 3-4 years of legal billing experience in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Experience with electronic billing platforms and billing vendors.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Office applications; ability to interpret client billing agreements.

Responsibilities

• Support the full billing lifecycle: pre-bill review, invoice preparation, electronic submissions, and appeals management.
• Collaborate with attorneys, finance professionals, and clients to ensure timely and accurate billing.
• Ensure compliance with client-specific billing guidelines and outside counsel guidelines.
