Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electronic Billing Specialist to manage the full billing process for multiple attorneys across several offices.

This role supports remote candidates located in major metro areas and requires prior legal e-billing experience and proficiency with major billing systems. You will configure systems, review time entries, generate invoices, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring compliance with client guidelines and firm

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of legal billing practices and procedures.
• Experience with e-billing systems such as Elite, 3E, Aderant, TyMetrix, Serengeti, etc.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update e-billing software systems (e.g., Elite, Aderant, 3E).
• Configure system settings to client-specific requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve system errors.
• Review time entries and expenses for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare and submit invoices according to client guidelines and firm policy.
• Monitor invoice status and follow up on issues or rejections.
• Communicate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff; build client relationships.
• Generate reports on billing data and trends; present to management.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with e-billing.
