Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced E-Billing Specialist to support the full billing lifecycle in a fully remote role. You will handle pre-bill review, invoice preparation, electronic submissions, and appeals management, partnering with attorneys, finance, and clients to ensure timely, accurate billing.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 3–4 years of legal billing in a law firm or professional services setting, and strong proficiency with Aderant, Excel, Word, and other

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 3-4 years in legal billing.
• Experience with electronic billing platforms and outside counsel guidelines.
• Strong knowledge of Aderant or comparable legal billing software.

Responsibilities

• Manage full billing lifecycle from pre-bill to final invoice.
• Ensure compliance with client guidelines and E-Billing requirements.
• Liaise with attorneys, finance, and clients to resolve disputes.
