Jobot is seeking a Fully Remote Legal E-Billing Specialist to manage the full billing lifecycle, including pre-bill review, invoice prep, e-billing submissions, and appeals.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 3–4 years of legal billing experience, with strong Excel skills and experience with Aderant or similar software.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 3–4 years of legal billing in a law firm or professional services setting.
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles related to billing, invoicing, adjustments, appeals, and AR.
• Experience interpreting client billing agreements and outside counsel guidelines; apply them accurately.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full billing lifecycle: pre-bill review, invoice preparation, electronic billing submissions, appeals management, and follow-up.
• Collaborate with attorneys, finance professionals, and clients to ensure timely, accurate billing while complying with client guidelines.
