Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Legal E-Billing Specialist for a fully remote role in the United States. The position supports the complete billing lifecycle, from pre-bill review to electronic submissions, with attention to client guidelines and outside counsel requirements.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 3–4 years of legal billing experience in a law firm or professional services setting, plus proficiency with Aderant or similar software and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3–4 years of legal billing experience in a law firm or professional services.
• Experience interpreting client billing agreements and outside counsel guidelines.
• Familiarity with electronic billing platforms and billing vendors.

Responsibilities

• Support the full billing lifecycle from pre-bill review to invoice follow-up.
• Collaborate with attorneys, finance, and clients to ensure timely, accurate billing and compliance.
