Responsibilities include inbound support, legal intake interviews, meticulous data entry, and onboarding clients while coordinating across multiple software systems. Remote work requires a dedicated home office and reliable internet.

Qualifikationen

• Must reside in Texas at time of hire.
• Full-time shifts, including at least one weekend day and holidays.
• Prior experience in customer service, call centers, onboarding, sales, or hospitality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Proficiency with multiple software systems and data entry accuracy.
• Typing speed of 35 WPM with high accuracy.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a major plus.

• Answer high-volume inbound calls, live chats, and web inquiries for national law firms with empathy and professionalism.
• Conduct structured legal intake interviews to gather case facts and assess caller needs.
• Enter data accurately across multiple databases without compromising call quality.

• Navigate multiple software applications and dynamic scripts while maintaining an engaging presence.
