You will qualify leads, enter data across systems, and support law practices nationwide while representing the company with empathy and professionalism.

Qualifikationen

• Location: Arizona residency required (proof upon hire).
• Full-time schedule including at least one weekend day and holidays.
• Experience in customer service, call centers, onboarding, sales, or hospitality; legal/medical/insurance intake preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish and English is highly desired.
