Job summary
SMART TECH SKILLS LLC is seeking an AI Training & Enablement Consultant to lead artificial intelligence education, adoption, and enablement for a national law firm. You will design curriculum, deliver live instruction, author digital content, and guide attorneys, partners, and executives on responsible AI usage.
The role focuses on practical workflow adoption across legal AI platforms (Harvey) and foundation models (Claude, OpenAI, Grok), with hands-on coaching, governance, and measurement of
Qualifications
- 4+ years in technical training, enablement, or consulting.
- 1+ year training end-users on enterprise AI tools or generative AI workflows.
- Hands-on experience training on Harvey AI or work in a law firm as an AI/tech consultant.
- Deep understanding of generative AI mechanics, prompt engineering, and token management.
- Experience creating learning content and administering LMS platforms (Absorb LMS).
- Strong delivery of live virtual instructor-led training to professional audiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI education initiatives and develop tailored learning paths for attorneys and staff.
- Create and maintain training materials, guides, prompts, and modules.
- Deliver virtual and ILT sessions focused on real-world legal workflows.
- Publish digital learning modules within Absorb LMS and manage content.
