Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Legal AI Advisor (attorney) to help customers understand, adopt, and realize value from RelativityOne and claiR, our AI experience for lawyers. The role reports to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting in the US and spans the full customer lifecycle.

You will engage lawyers, lead pre-sales demonstrations, drive adoption, and partner with success teams to ensure measurable impact across litigation, investigations, and regulatory matters.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) and Bar admission required.
7+ years of legal practice, AmLaw experience is a plus.
Strong understanding of legal workflows and client-facing roles.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for legal and executive audiences.
Hands-on experience with Relativity AI tools, including Relativity aiR.
Ability to operate in cross-functional, fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

Engage lawyers as primary users and understand workflows.
Lead pre-sales conversations and product demonstrations.
Coordinate with Pre-Sales Engineers and Account Executives.
Drive adoption and customer success post-sale.
Provide feedback to product teams on customer needs.
Translate legal workflows for AI-enabled tools.
