Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Legal AI Advisor, a practicing or former lawyer, to help clients adopt RelativityOne and claiR for lawyers. You will operate at the intersection of legal practice and product innovation to translate workflows into AI-enabled value.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting in the US, you will drive adoption across the customer lifecycle, partner with pre-sales, and guide attorneys through scalable AI-enabled transformations.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) and Bar admission.
10+ years of experience practicing law (AmLaw a plus) and/or in-house legal team.
Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges faced by lawyers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both legal and executive audiences.
Curiosity about AI and its potential to transform legal work.
Experience in client-facing roles (e.g., client advisory, legal tech, or business development) is a plus.
Ability to operate comfortably in cross-functional and fast-moving environments.
Hands on experience with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR.
First‑hand knowledge of litigation workflows.

Responsibilities

Engage lawyers as primary users across law firms, corporate legal teams, and service providers.
Drive pre-sales and adoption conversations with sales teams and customers.
Enable post-sales adoption and value realization through onboarding and training.
Act as voice of the legal customer to inform product and engineering.
Bridge legal and technical workflows to translate AI capabilities into practical insights for lawyers.
