Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Legal AI Advisor to guide lawyers in adopting AI-powered tools and workflows. You will work across the full customer lifecycle and help clients understand, evaluate, and realize value from Relativity’s AI platform and claiR, our new conversational AI experience for lawyers.

The role reports to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, and emphasizes engagement with law firms, corporate legal departments, and public sector clients to drive AI adoption at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience practicing law at a law firm or in-house legal team (litigation experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges faced by lawyers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage legal and executive audiences.
• Curiosity about AI and its potential to transform legal work.
• Experience in client advisory, legal tech, or business development is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with lawyers across law firms, corporate teams, service providers, and public sector organizations.
• Act as Voice of the Legal Customer by providing feedback to Product Marketing and Engineering.
• Bridge Legal and Technical workflows by translating AI capabilities into practical insights for legal professionals.
• Guide customers through workflow transformation and AI integration into legal processes.
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement to drive adoption and measurable impact.
