Job summary

Relativity is expanding its AI-enabled legal platform offerings and is seeking a Legal AI Advisor. You will be at the intersection of legal practice, customer engagement, and product innovation, driving adoption of RelativityOne and claiR/aiR for lawyers.

You’ll report to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, and work across the customer lifecycle to help customers realize value from Relativity’s AI tools in litigation, investigations, and regulatory matters.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) and Bar admission.
• 3+ years of law practice in a law firm and/or in-house legal team.
• Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges faced by lawyers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage both legal and executive audiences.
• Curiosity about AI and its potential to transform legal work.
• Hands-on experience with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR.
• Experience in client-facing roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage lawyers as primary users and build trust across law firms and corporate legal teams.
• Drive pre-sales activities with engineers and account executives; lead product demonstrations.
• Enable post-sales adoption with onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement.
• Act as the voice of the legal customer to inform product and marketing.
• Bridge legal and technical workflows and knowledge across teams.
