Relativity is expanding its AI and customer-facing teams with Legal AI Advisors, lawyers who translate legal workflows into AI-driven solutions for lawyers. The role focuses on adoption of RelativityOne and claiR for clients across litigation, investigations, and regulatory matters.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, the advisor engages early in customer journeys and works to scale adoption of AI tools, while collaborating with product and engineering teams to refine

Qualifications

JD and Bar admission required.
10+ years practicing law in firms and/or in-house legal teams.

Responsibilities

Build trusted relationships with lawyers across firms, corporate legal teams, service providers, and public sector organizations.
Lead tailored pre-sales engagements and product demonstrations to connect Relativity AI to real use cases.
Guide post-sale onboarding and ongoing adoption to drive sustained usage and measurable impact.
Translate complex legal workflows for engineers and product teams to enable practical AI adoption.
Provide feedback to Product Marketing, Product and Engineering on customer needs and adoption barriers.
