Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Legal AI Advisor, a practicing or former attorney, to help customers understand, adopt, and realize value from RelativityOne and claiR, our AI offerings built for lawyers. You’ll work with the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, across the full lifecycle to drive adoption and value realization.

This role focuses on transforming legal workflows with AI, engaging lawyers and cross-functional teams, and translating complex capabilities into practical benefits for clients.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) and Bar admission.
• 3+ years of experience practicing law at a law firm or in-house legal team.
• Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges faced by lawyers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both legal and executive audiences.
• Curiosity about AI and its potential to transform legal work.
• Experience in client-facing roles is a plus.
• Ability to operate in cross-functional and fast-moving environments.
• Hands on experience with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR.
• First-hand knowledge of litigation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Engage Lawyers as Primary Users: Build trusted relationships with lawyers across firms, corporate legal teams, service providers, and public sector organizations.
• Drive Pre-Sales And Adoption Conversations: Partner with Pre-Sales Engineers and Account Executives to support discovery, positioning, and solution alignment; lead tailored product demonstrations.
• Enable Post-Sales Adoption And Value Realization: Support onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement to drive sustained usage and adoption; guide customers through workflow transformation.
• Act As Voice Of The Legal Customer: Provide structured feedback to Product Marketing, Product and Engineering on customer needs and adoption barriers.
• Bridge Legal And Technical Workflows And Knowledge: Translate AI capabilities into practical insights for legal professionals; support internal teams' understanding of user needs.
