Job summary

Relativity, a leading legal data intelligence company, is seeking a Legal AI Advisor to help clients adopt RelativityOne and claiR, our conversational AI for lawyers. You’ll work at the intersection of law, technology, and product innovation to enable adoption at scale.

You will report to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, and bring 10+ years of legal practice, JD and Bar, plus deep knowledge of legal workflows to drive value for customers remotely in the US.

Qualifications

• JD and Bar admission required.
• 10+ years of practicing law at a law firm or in-house legal team (litigation preferred).
• Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges faced by lawyers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for legal and executive audiences.
• Hands-on experience with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR.

Responsibilities

• Engage lawyers as primary users and build trusted relationships across firms and corporate legal teams.
• Understand customer workflows, pain points, and opportunities for transformation.
• Serve as a credible peer who can engage partners, associates, and in-house counsel confidently.
• Drive pre-sales and adoption conversations with Pre-Sales Engineers and Account Executives.
• Enable post-sales adoption and value realization through onboarding and ongoing engagement.
• Translate legal needs into practical AI-enabled solutions and feedback to Product teams.
