Relativity is seeking a Legal AI Advisor to help customers adopt RelativityOne and claiR, our conversational AI experience for lawyers. This role blends legal practice with technology, reporting to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting in the US.

You will work across the full lifecycle to boost adoption of AI-powered legal tools. The position emphasizes engagement with law firms and corporate teams, strong communication, and deep legal expertise, with a focus on scalable AI adoption in

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) and Bar admission required.
• 10+ years of practicing law at a firm or in-house team.
• Strong understanding of legal workflows and allied AI potential.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for legal and executive audiences.
• Curiosity about AI's impact on legal practice.
• Experience in client-facing roles is a plus.
• Ability to work in fast-moving cross-functional environments.
• Hands-on experience with Relativity aiR is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Engage lawyers as primary users and build trusted relationships across firms and corporate teams.
• Drive pre-sales conversations and lead tailored product demonstrations linking AI to real use cases.
• Enable post-sales adoption with onboarding, training and ongoing engagement.
• Translate legal workflows into practical AI-enabled processes for customers.
• Provide feedback to product teams on needs and adoption barriers.
• Collaborate with success managers to drive measurable value realization.
