Relativity is searching for a Legal AI Advisor, a practicing or former attorney who brings legal expertise to help customers adopt RelativityOne and claiR, our AI experience built for lawyers. You will work across the full lifecycle to drive adoption at scale, partnering with legal teams and cross‑functional colleagues.

The role reports to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, and is based in the US with remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• JD and bar admission required.
• 7+ years practicing law at a law firm and/or in-house legal team.
• Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges faced by lawyers.
• Hands-on experience with Relativity aiR tools and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Engage lawyers and build trusted relationships across law firms, corporate teams, and public sector organizations.
• Lead pre-sales demonstrations and align solutions with client needs.
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement to drive adoption and measurable impact.
• Provide structured feedback to product teams on user needs and adoption barriers.
