Job summary

Lockton is seeking a Leave Benefits Coordinator II to manage lifecycle leave services for a client, coordinating with HR and employees and ensuring compliance with applicable laws. The role is fully remote, with a minimum of 2–4 years LOA experience and strong client service abilities.

Responsibilities include communication with employees, benefits and carriers, and accurate leave processing and reporting. Paid training and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent. Two years of LOA experience. Proficiency with HRIS/CRM systems. Strong client service skills with multi-tasking and strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Represents BCInsourcing as an ambassador to the client and maintains rapport with all stakeholders.
• Liaises between HR, employees, and benefit vendors; supports leave of absence programs.
• Tracks leave data, prepares reports, and ensures HIPAA compliance.
