Job summary

BCInsourcing, a Lockton Company, is seeking a Leave of Absence (LOA) Administrator to join our remote team. You will manage LOA programs, liaise with HR and carriers, and ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, USERRA, HIPAA, and related CBAs.

The role requires 2–4 years LOA experience, strong client service, and the ability to multi-task with strict deadlines. We offer comprehensive benefits and a fully remote work arrangement across the U.S.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or related work experience.
• Two years of LOA lifecycle administration experience.
• Experience with HRIS payroll/benefit or CRM systems.
• Strong client service skills with ability to multitask under deadlines.
• Self-driven with minimal supervision and results.
• Proven ability to follow step-by-step processes and deductive reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Represents BCInsourcing as an ambassador to clients and maintains rapport with all case partners.
• Liaises between HR, employees, carriers, and leave vendors.
• Learns client LOA programs in line with benefit plans and laws (FMLA, ADA, USERRA, HIPAA, etc.).
• Coordinates with Leave Manager and other parties to address issues thoroughly and accurately.
• Advises employees on leave status and disability benefits; escalates adverse actions when needed.
• Performs leave processing, billing, timekeeping, and benefits reinstatement tasks as required.
• Responds to benefits inquiries while maintaining HIPAA and quality standards.
• Investigates and resolves leave-related concerns; tracks services in systems.
