Job description

LHH is looking for a temporary Leave Specialist for our client, a Non Profit Organization focused on mental health resources. This person will be part of a six person HR team and be the first point of contact for all benefit and leave of absence questions. This organization has approximately 600 employees. The ideal person for this job would be someone that likes to work independently and has had a focus on processing LOA, FMLA, PFL and answering general benefit inquiries. This position will be on-site in person and pay between $35-40/hr, contingent on experience.
