Care Access is seeking a Leave of Absence Manager to administer employee leaves, ADA accommodations, and workers’ compensation across the United States in a remote capacity. The role also supports safety-related HR initiatives and benefits administration as needed.

Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of leave management experience, strong knowledge of ERISA and related laws, and proficiency with HRIS/UKG systems. This is a remote, full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience administering employee leaves including FMLA/ADA.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end administration of leaves (FMLA, state/local leave, paid family leave, parental leave, military, personal).
• Manage ADA accommodations process and collaborative decision-making with HR and Legal.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation claims and return-to-work programs.
• Support emergency-response and employee continuity efforts and vaccination record management.
• Act as HR point of contact for safety-related matters and maintain confidential records.
