Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Leave of Absence Senior Specialist to support the Talent Operations team with centralized LOA solutions. You will handle LOA administration, coordinate with HRBPs, and work with third-party administrators to ensure accurate payroll and compliance for employees and owners.

The role requires strong LOA knowledge, 3+ years of LOA and HRIS experience, and excellent communication skills. A hybrid work model and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years LOA program administration experience.
• Minimum 3 years experience using an HRIS.
• Working knowledge of HIPAA, FMLA and related legislation.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.

Responsibilities

• Support LOA administration day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate with employees, HRBPs and managers for LOA processes.
• Liaise with third-party administrator to track approvals and discrepancies.
• Assist with return-to-work processes and accommodations as needed.
• Ensure LOA actions are accurately recorded across systems.
