The Leave of Absence Manager will own end-to-end leave administration, ADA accommodations, and workers’ compensation while supporting emergencies and safety-related HR tasks.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years administering employee leaves of absence.
• Experience with leave-management platforms and HRIS.

Mansioni

• Manage end-to-end leaves of absence (FMLA, state/local leave, paid family leave, parental, military, etc.).
• Process ADA accommodations and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Coordinate workers’ compensation processes and return-to-work programs.
• Support emergency-response and employee continuity efforts.
• Maintain vaccination records and safety-related HR tasks.
