Cadence seeks a Leave of Absence Specialist to run the day-to-day operations of our multi-state leave program. You will manage leave cases, coordinate with Payroll, Benefits and vendors, and guide managers on leave processes with a focus on non-exempt and clinical staff.

Join a remote, high-volume team and ensure compliant, timely leave administration across Cadence Health and Cadence Solutions. Strong knowledge of FMLA/ADA and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on leave administration experience managing a multi-state caseload.
• Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, PWFA, USERRA and state leave rules.
• Experience supporting non-exempt and clinical or shift-based employees.
• Experience with employee ticketing tools, leave management platforms, and an HRIS.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Clear, empathetic communication for employees and managers.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day leave case administration from intake to closure.
• Coordinate FMLA, state and local leave, military leave, and vendorrelations.
• Track continuous, intermittent, and reduced-schedule leave and payroll inputs.
• Coordinate overlapping leave programs, PTO, salary continuation, disability benefits, and state paid leave.
• Coordinate return-to-work dates and route restrictions and extensions.
