Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain genuine customer care and empathy in all interactions.
• Assist associates with leave of absence requests and guide them through the process.
• Process LOA paperwork in accordance with procedures and laws.
• Provide timely responses to employees and management on day-to-day issues.
• Administer and review FMLA documentation for accuracy.
• Coordinate correspondence and documents via the claim system.
• Generate reports and maintain data records.
• Support management with special projects as needed.
