Responsibilities

• Guides associates through leave of absence processes and manages LOA paperwork.
• Provides timely responses to associates and management on day-to-day issues and activities.
• Administers the FMLA policy; reviews documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinates correspondence and documents via the claim system; maintains data tracking.
