Aflac is seeking a remote specialist to support absence management and FMLA processes from anywhere in the continental US. You will handle leave paperwork, respond to inquiries, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, while delivering strong customer service throughout all interactions.

Required education includes a high school diploma and 1–2 years of related experience; an associate degree is preferred.

• Assists associates with leave of absence requests and guides them through the process.
• Processes all leave of absence paperwork according to procedures and laws.
• Provides timely and accurate responses to associates and management on day-to-day issues.
• Administers the FMLA policy and reviews documentation for accuracy.
