Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related experience required.
• Knowledge of state and federal FMLA and ADA regulations preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills essential.
• Ability to work remotely and independently with the team.

Responsibilities

• Maintains genuine care and empathetic customer service in all interactions.
• Assists associates with leave of absence requests and guides them through the process.
• Processes LOA paperwork according to procedures and laws.
• Provides timely responses to associates and management regarding day-to-day issues.
• Coordinates LOA documentation and maintains tracking data.
• Generates reports and maintains files in the system.
