Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years related experience.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide genuinely caring customer service throughout interactions.
• Assist associates with leave of absence requests and guide through process.
• Process all LOA paperwork per procedures and laws.
• Deliver timely responses to associates and management.
• Administer the FMLA policy and review documentation for accuracy.
• Coordinate correspondence and documents via the claim system.
• Generate reports and maintain files and data.
• Support management with LOA situations within policy and legal guidelines.
