Aflac is seeking a remote LOA Specialist to support absence management processes from home in the continental United States. You will guide associates through LOA and FMLA requirements, processing documentation and providing timely updates to managers and teams.

Strong customer service, organizational skills, and knowledge of federal regulations are essential for success in this role. This position offers remote work with ongoing learning and support from the Aflac team.

Qualifications

• Experience handling absence management processes.
• Knowledge of FMLA and federal/state regulations.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintain empathetic customer service throughout interactions.
• Assist associates with leave requests and guide them through the process.
• Process LOA paperwork per procedures and laws.
• Provide timely responses to management and associates.
• Coordinate documents via the claim system.
