You will administer FMLA and ADA regulations, process LOA paperwork, generate reports, and support management with leave cases while delivering empathetic customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Knowledge of FMLA and ADA regulations preferred.
• Experience with absence management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administers FMLA policy and reviews documentation.
• Processes leave of absence paperwork according to laws.
• Generates reports and maintains data.
• Assists management with leave situations and policy guidance.
• Keeps complete LOA records and analyzes data.
