Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-2 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of state and federal FMLA and ADA regulations.
• Demonstrated proficiency in product specific areas of absence management and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a superior level of genuine caring and empathetic customer service in all interactions.
• Assists associates with leave of absence requests and guides them through the process.
• Processes all leave of absence paperwork according to procedures and laws.
• Provides timely responses to associates and management regarding day-to-day issues.
• Administers the FMLA policy and reviews documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinates correspondence and documents via the claim system.
• Generates reports and maintains files and data.
• Maintains compliance with federal/state regulations.
