Job summary

Fujifilm Holdings America Corporation is seeking a Leave of Absence Manager to oversee all leaves and reasonable accommodations, ensuring federal, state, and local regulatory compliance. The role leads process improvements, data reporting, and vendor coordination across the organization.

The candidate will partner with HR, payroll, benefits, and Legal, driving enterprise‑wide best practices and training programs while managing vendor relationships and risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related fields.
• 10 years of experience with 7+ years in HR operations, benefits, or leave administration.
• Strong knowledge of federal/state disability and leave laws (FMLA, ADA, PWFA, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable leave processes and compliance controls.
• Oversee internal leave analysts and third‑party administrators.
• Manage end‑to‑end leave process including medical, family, military, and personal leaves.
• Ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, PWFA and related laws.
• Lead audits and data reporting on leave trends and costs.
• Collaborate with payroll, benefits, and legal teams to ensure seamless processing.
