Job summary

Fujifilm US is seeking a Leave of Absence Manager to oversee the administration of all leaves and reasonable accommodations, ensuring compliance with FMLA, ADA, PWFA and other applicable laws. You will act as SME, provide strategic guidance, develop process improvements, and coordinate with vendors to deliver a consistent, compliant leave experience across the company.

The role partners with payroll, benefits and HR, drives data reporting and analytics, conducts audits, and implements training

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related fields.
• 10 years of experience with 7+ years in HR operations, benefits, or leave administration, with demonstrated leadership and multi-state compliance experience.
• Deep expertise in federal and state disability and leave laws (FMLA, ADA, PWFA, etc.)
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and ability to train management on absence management policies.
• Proficiency with HR management platforms (e.g., Workday) and leave case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable leave processes and compliance controls.
• Manage day-to-day operations of internal leave analysts and third-party administrators.
• End-to-end leave administration for medical, family, military, and personal leaves.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (FMLA, ADA, PWFA).
• Act as SME for complex regulatory matters and reasonable accommodations, engaging HR and Legal teams.
• Update policies to reflect changes in laws and best practices.
• Conduct audits of leave and accommodation programs to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
• Develop and deliver enterprise training on leave policies and procedures.
