Job summary

Fujifilm Holdings America Corporation seeks an experienced Leave of Absence Manager to oversee company-wide leave and accommodation administration. You will ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, PWFA, and other laws while guiding best practices and process improvements.

You will lead internal analysts and external vendors, manage data reporting, and partner with payroll, benefits, and legal teams to deliver seamless leave experiences across all businesses in the Americas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, business, or related fields.
• 10 years of HR experience with 7+ years in HR ops, benefits, or leave administration.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state disability and leave laws (FMLA, ADA, PWFA).
• Experience leading multi-state compliance and training management.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable leave processes and compliance controls for enterprise-wide consistency.
• Oversee internal leave analysts and third-party administrators; monitor performance and data integrity.
• Manage end-to-end leave processes including medical, family, military, and personal leaves.
• Ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, PWFA and other regulations; advise on complex cases.
• Act as SME for leave policies; collaborate with HR and Legal on regulatory matters.
• Review and update leave and accommodation policies; drive improvements.
• Develop and deliver enterprise training on leave policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with payroll, benefits, and legal to ensure seamless processing of leaves.
• Provide regular reporting on leave usage, accommodations, and compliance trends.
