Job summary

Fujifilm is seeking an Leave of Absence Manager to oversee enterprise-wide LOA programs, ensuring compliance with FMLA, ADA, PWFA, and other laws. You will manage internal analysts and external vendors, drive policy improvements, and deliver training while partnering with payroll, benefits, and legal teams for seamless leave processing.

The role requires a strong background in HR operations, multi-state compliance, and data-driven strategy to optimize leave management and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
• 10 years of experience, with 7+ years in HR operations, with leadership and multi-state compliance.
• Knowledge: federal/state disability and leave laws (FMLA, ADA, PWFA, etc.).
• Skills: strong communication, conflict resolution, and training on absence management policies.
• Tools: proficiency with HR systems (Workday) and leave case management.

Responsibilities

• Strategically administer scalable leave processes and compliance controls enterprise-wide.
• Oversee internal leave analysts and third-party admins; monitor performance and data integrity.
• Manage end-to-end leave processes including medical, family, military, and personal leaves.
• Ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, PWFA and related regulations; advise HR/leadership.
• Provide data-driven reporting and analytics to lead policy improvements and cost control.
• Collaborate with payroll, benefits, and legal teams for seamless leave processing.
• Develop and deliver enterprise training on leave policies and procedures.
