Job summary

FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation is seeking an Leave of Absence Manager to oversee all leaves of absence and accommodation processes across the enterprise. You will ensure regulatory compliance and partner with HR, Legal, payroll, benefits, and vendors to deliver a seamless program.

You will design scalable processes, manage internal analysts and third-party administrators, and provide data-driven insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related fields.
• 10 years of experience in HR operations/leave administration with multi-state compliance.
• Deep expertise in federal and state disability and leave laws (FMLA, ADA, PWFA).
• Proficiency with HR management platforms (e.g., Workday) and leave case management systems.
• Strong communication and training abilities in absence management policies.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable leave processes and compliance controls enterprise-wide.
• Oversee internal leave analysts and third-party administrators and monitor performance.
• Manage end-to-end leave process including medical, family, military, and personal leaves.
• Ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, PWFA and related regulations.
• Develop and deliver enterprise training on leave policies and procedures.
