• 10+ years total HR experience with 7+ years in HR operations/leave administration.
• Deep expertise in federal and state disability and leave laws (FMLA, ADA, PWFA).
• Proficiency with HR platforms (Workday) and leave case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable leave processes and compliance controls.
• Manage daily operations of leave analysts and third-party admins.
• Ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA and other laws.
• Provide data reporting, analytics and risk reduction.
• Collaborate with payroll, benefits and legal teams.
• Lead enterprise training programs on leave policies.
• Audit leave programs and implement improvements.
