Responsibilities

• Represents BCInsourcing to clients and maintains rapport with partners.
• Liaises between HR, employees, carriers, and vendors.
• Understands client LOA programs and applicable leave laws (FMLA, ADA, USERRA, etc.).
• Coordinates with Leave Manager and supervisors to resolve issues promptly.
• Advises employees on leave status and benefits; escalates adverse actions.
